Portabella Mushrooms are very popular world-round. They work well in virtually any type of dish and are much more flavorful than your regular white mushroom. Portabella are perfect for grilling and roasting which brings out their deep earthy flavor.
We offer 3 different sizes of Portabella Mushrooms:
Small (Portabellini): Cap size: 3.5” - Pieces: 22 to 24 pcs/case
Medium: Cap Size: 4” to 5” - Pieces: 17 to 19 pcs/case
Large: 5” to 6” - Pieces: 11 to 13 pcs/case
All of our Portabella Mushrooms are grown locally in the Fraser Valley and available year-round.
